When Should You Order PPGI with Protective Film?

PPGI.LTD recommends protective film when the coated surface will remain visible on the finished product.

The film protects the surface during processing, handling, shipping, and installation. The paint coating is the permanent finish. The protective film is temporary.

For Visible Finished Surfaces

Use protective film on high-gloss, metallic, printed, wood-grain, appliance, door, and other decorative panels when the finished surface will remain visible.

During Processing, Handling, and Shipping

Use it when coated steel will be formed, handled, shipped, or installed before final use. The film protects the surface through these stages.

PPGI.LTD can add protective film to suitable PPGI and PPGL, PCM home appliance steel, and printed steel orders after checking the surface finish and planned processing.
