Can I match the oak pattern to my own sample?
Yes. Send a clear photo or physical sample. We will review the pattern, color, and finish before we confirm production. A new roller pattern needs separate review.
Can I order oak wood grain on both PPGI and PPGL?
Yes. We can supply wood grain on galvanized or Al-Zn coated steel. State the substrate and coating amount in your order. We will confirm the final base with the project needs.
Do I need protective film for roll forming?
Not always. Film can help protect selected finishes from scratches during forming and handling. We will check it with your surface and process. A short trial can show if film is useful.
How will oak wood pattern steel be packed for export?
Packing depends on the finish, coil size, and shipping route. It can include protective wrapping, edge guards, steel straps, and wooden skids. We confirm the final packing plan before shipment.
